Training Programme - 6 Weeks

This programme is done in one phase and is for a 6 week period. It is tailored to you and your training goals and is based off your training assessment form we require you to fill in after purchasing. After this phase is complete we reccommend you try another programme, or start our "training plan" subscription option.
